## Questions about plans

### What does the price include?

Prices are per user, and each user connects one LinkedIn account. They are in US dollars, plus tax where it applies. Pro and Advanced include 100 email-finder credits a month, and a credit is used only when a verified email is found. Unused credits don't roll over. Need more? Add 1,000 credits for $29, 2,000 for $49, 5,000 for $69 or 10,000 for $99.

### Can I pay yearly?

Yes. Annual billing saves up to 34% compared with paying monthly.

### How do I pay?

By card, through Paddle, our reseller. Paddle handles sales tax and VAT and sends your invoices.

### Can I change plans or cancel?

Yes, at any time from your account settings. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. If you ask within 14 days of your first payment, we refund it in full.
