This Cookie Policy explains how Kifas Labs Ltd. ("Active Manager", "we") uses cookies and similar technologies on our website at https://www.activemanager.ai and in our app at https://app.activemanager.ai. It adds to our Privacy Policy.
What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files a website saves in your browser. Websites can also save data in your browser's local storage (kept until it is cleared) or session storage (cleared when you close the tab). In this policy, "cookies" covers all of these.
We use two kinds:
- Strictly necessary cookies make the site and app work: they remember your cookie choice, keep you signed in and protect sign-in from bots. They don't need your consent, and you can't switch them off in our banner, though you can block them in your browser (parts of the site may then stop working).
- Analytics cookies help us understand how people use our website so we can improve it. We use them only if you accept them.
We do not use advertising cookies.
Your choice on our website
When you first visit https://www.activemanager.ai, a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. Your choice applies to the website and to the app at https://app.activemanager.ai. Until you accept, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are not loaded, and they set no cookies.
You can change your mind at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page. If you withdraw consent, the analytics tools are no longer loaded. Cookies they set before stay in your browser until they expire, and you can delete them in your browser settings.

What Clarity records. With your consent, Microsoft Clarity records how you move through our website and the Active Manager app (clicks, scrolling and mouse movement) as session replays and heatmaps. Clarity hides the text you type into form fields, and in the app it masks all on-screen text, so your leads, messages and account details are not captured. When you are signed in to the app, we link recordings to your internal account ID (never your email) so we can follow a visit from the website through sign-up. We use these recordings only to find and fix confusing parts of the site and app.
Our demo and contact form uses no cookies. To block spam it uses a hidden form field and a per-IP request limit; the IP address is held in memory only and not stored.
Our fonts are served from our own server, so no third party receives your details when the page loads its fonts.
Cookies in the app
The app at https://app.activemanager.ai uses browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. It does not use advertising cookies.

Sentry, which we use to catch errors in the app, does not set cookies.
Managing cookies in your browser
You can also block or delete cookies and site storage in your browser settings. Here is how in Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge. If you block strictly necessary storage, you won't be able to sign in to the app.
To opt out of Google Analytics on every site, you can use Google's opt-out add-on. Microsoft explains Clarity's cookies in its Clarity documentation.
Changes
If we add or change cookies, we will update this page and the date at the top. If we add a new kind of non-essential cookie, we will ask for your consent again.
